Our methods :
Normandie Caramels uses only local ingredients : the whole milk, butter and cream we use in our products all come from the local dairy cooperative. Methods of production remain traditional : the various ingredients are added to the copper pans, where they are gently and slowly mixed and cooked.

The choicest ingredients such as butter or veritable Isigny cream (with a guarantee of origin), are only added at the end of the cooking process to preserve their delicate flavour.
