These terms and conditions of sale determine the contractual relationships between NORMANDIE CARAMELS, owner of the "caramels-isigny.com" site, Limited company with a capital of 104,120€ registered at the Bayeux trade registry under number B 394 674 790 headquarters located at Isigny sur mer (14230) ZA Isypole and its customers, to whom it is providing a mail order service. These terms and conditions are made available to each buyer before they place an order. If a buyer fills in a purchase order on the site and confirms the order, they are fully accepting these terms and conditions that apply to the contract thereby agreed.

o Product selection
The site contains at any given moment a selection of products for sale, the aforementioned selection is not legally considered as a permanent offer of sale.

The product ingredients are listed on each article.

The photographs illustrating the products, accompanied by textual descriptions, do not enter into the contractual agreement. NORMANDIE CARAMELS can in no circumstances be held responsible for any errors encountered.

o Acceptance of conditions, order:
The customer recognises that in order to confirm their order they must read and understand the general terms and conditions of sale.

o Confirmation of order
The contract will only be concluded when confirmation of the order has been given by NORMANDIE CARAMELS.

After confirmation of payment, the order is accepted by NORMANDIE CARAMELS who will confirm the order by email, letter or fax within 48 hours after payment is received.

NORMANDIE CARAMELS reserves the right to refuse a payment and therefore to decline to confirm an order for any reason they may see fit, whether relating to a problem with the order, or a problem envisaged with the delivery…

In the event of stock shortages, NORMANDIE CARAMELS will endeavour to warn customers by email for any orders already placed.

o Pricing
The overall price indicated in the order confirmation sent by NORMANDIE CARAMELS is the final price.

This price includes the price of the product(s), the handling charges and packaging costs.

Charges for postage costs are calculated based on the total cost of the order as well as the country of delivery. These costs will be detailed in the relevant section of the site.

o Methods of payment
Payment can be made:

. Either directly online by credit card. The "caramels-isigny.com" site uses a secure payment system. The buyer's personal information is totally protected and encrypted before being transmitted to the payment centre;

. Or by sending a banker's cheque made out to NORMANDIE CARAMELS S.A to the following address: Z.A. ISYPOLE 14230 ISIGNY SUR MER

When payment is cleared, the company will confirm the order.

o Delivery
Products are delivered by post or other courier service to the delivery address indicated on the order form. The vendor will not be held responsible in the event of input errors in the postage details on the part of the buyer leading to non-delivery of the product.

The delivery time is set at around 8 days. No compensation may be claimed from NORMANDIE CARAMELS in the event of delivery delays.

Goods, even postage paid goods, travel at the risk of the buyer, it is therefore incumbent upon the buyer to contact the carrier or shipping company, in particular in the event of loss of or missing goods, or damage to goods, within a maximum of 48 hours, from receipt of the product.

o Guarantees and limits of responsibility
Any returned goods accepted by the vendor, in the event of non-compliance of delivered products will entitle the buyer to a free replacement of those product(s) returned.

The customer is responsible for their choice of products and for their storage from the moment of delivery; they are also responsible for any case of retention or consumption of products beyond the use-by dates indicated on the packaging.

Goods are non-returnable.

o Legal information
In accordance with the law on "Information Technology and Civil Liberties", the processing of information relating to customers is subject to a declaration made to the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL). The customer has the right (article 34 of the law of the 6th January 1978) to access, modify, rectify or delete any information held on them personally. This right can be exercised freely at "caramels-isigny.com".
