For lovers of local flavours, we have put together an assortment of five truly Norman flavours: apple, Calvados, Isigny P.D.O. salted butter, Isigny P.D.O. unsalted butter and Isigny P.D.O. cream.

Our 1 kg box holds about 108 caramels made in our house in Isigny-sur-Mer.

In our house in Isigny-sur-Mer, in the heart of the Calvados, we cook our caramels following an artisanal recipe handed down from generation to generation: Isigny P.D.O. butter and cream, a pinch of P.G.I. Guérande salt and plenty of patience. That is what gives them the tender texture and authentic taste that have made Caramels d'Isigny famous.

This large format is ideal for filling the family sweet jar, treating a full table during the holidays or giving a generous gift. Placed on the living-room table, everyone picks their favourite flavour… and gladly comes back for more!

Close the box tightly after each opening and store it in a dry place, away from heat: your caramels will keep all their softness. Enjoy with a coffee or at the end of a meal.
