In our house in Isigny-sur-Mer, in the heart of the Calvados, we put our caramel-making know-how at the service of your recipes. We prepare our culinary range with the same exceptional ingredients as our caramels: Isigny P.D.O. cream and butter, and P.G.I. Guérande salt. A treat signed Caramels d'Isigny, to share with the whole family.

Both crunchy and melting, these pieces can be sprinkled over ice cream, fromage frais or crème brûlée, and mixed into your cookie, pancake or cake batters. The little extra that adds crunch to all your recipes.
