Our "In Memories" wooden box pays tribute to the D-Day landings of 6 June 1944, a major historical event in our region. It contains our Isigny P.D.O. salted butter caramels.

In our house in Isigny-sur-Mer, in the heart of the Calvados, we cook our caramels following an artisanal recipe handed down from generation to generation: Isigny P.D.O. butter and cream, a pinch of P.G.I. Guérande salt and plenty of patience. That is what gives them the tender texture and authentic taste that have made Caramels d'Isigny famous.
