In our house in Isigny-sur-Mer, in the heart of the Calvados, we cook our caramels following an artisanal recipe handed down from generation to generation: Isigny P.D.O. butter and cream, a pinch of P.G.I. Guérande salt and plenty of patience. That is what gives them the tender texture and authentic taste that have made Caramels d'Isigny famous.

A nod to our Normandy, this little wooden box shaped like a Camembert box always brings a smile. It slips easily into a suitcase and makes an original souvenir, a small gift for guests or a lovely addition to a gift hamper.
