Always true to its tradition of quality and simplicity, the Maison melts the finest chocolate in a bain-marie over very gentle heat, manually folds in as many finely chopped Spanish almonds toasted in the pastry oven as possible, then spoons out little mounds of chocolate before a slow, very slow cooling… That's the secret!

Presented in a lovely old-fashioned ballotin, each set contains around 18 chocolate delights, a mix of milk and dark chocolate.

This ballotin contains around 18 tuiles, cellophane-wrapped and ready to give. Chocolate tuiles are not recommended in hot weather!
